About Me
Jonathan is an experienced school leader, board member and public speaker. As a former Headteacher for Dulwich College International and Cognita Schools in the UK, China and Switzerland, he has successfully navigated ISI inspections, CIS accreditations and IB re-evaluations. In recent years he has provided school improvement support to schools in Europe, Asia and the Middle East in his role as Director of Education for the Repton Family of Schools. In a career spanning more than 25 years, Jonathan has worked in for-profit groups, HMC schools and the UK state sector.

Meet Jonathan Taylor
An engaging public speaker, Jonathan has presented at education events such as the Wellington Festival of Education, Institut Le Rosey’s Edufest, and the Outstanding Schools Conference (Europe). He writes occasionally for the TES (read his work here) and has had articles published in the Daily Telegraph, Evening Standard, International School Leader Magazine and many more leading publications.
Jonathan is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, holds an MSc in Educational Leadership, a PGCert in Advanced Professional Practice, and is currently studying for an MBA. He has served on school governing bodies in the UK and internationally and is a former Board Member of the Swiss Group of International Schools (SGIS). His current work includes providing on-going consultancy to Repton Schools internationally, supporting a school in Eastern Europe with CIS accreditation, helping a school implement a new governance framework and providing mentoring to a new Headteacher .

Based on more than a decade of Headship and more recently a Director of Education role for a leading schools group, I put my practical experience and academic learning to use supporting school leaders, governors and organisations with the challenges that they often lack the bandwidth or expertise to undertake as effectively as they would like.
